Megan
Torrance
Megan has 14 years of experience building
better processes, implementing changes, and providing opportunities
for employees to learn. She has been in business for herself since
1998, after
spending almost 5 years at Accenture (then Andersen Consulting).
Megan has worked for clients in the professional
services, healthcare, software, and food & beverage industries.
She has delivered tangible improvements to many areas of the organization:
practioners, managerial staoff, human resources, accounting, learning
& development, sales, R&D, IT, inbound and outbound call
centers, and health & safety. Megan's learning work is strongly
influenced by her years of real business experience, outlined
here.
Megan plays hockey in the winters, and
prowls for weeds in the vegetable garden all summer.
Megan holds a BS and an MBA from Cornell
University. |

Jennifer Wright
Instructional Developer
Jen joined the company in 2007 and is focused on creating interactive
online learning modules. She is rapidly becoming our expert in editing
audio and video files. Jen also does the bulk of our learning management
system administration.
In her spare time, Jen coaches Learn To Play hockey.
Jen has a BAA in Integrative Public Relations from Central Michigan
University. |

Anne Sieggreen
Instructional Developer
Anne is a Physical Therapist with experience designing programs
and teaching at the collegiate level. She has a wide variety of
hands-on experiences in therapy, teaching, and dance. Anne joined
us in January 2008 and will spend her time creating courses and
interactions primarily for our health-related clients.
Anne continues to practice Physical Therapy when she's not developing
courses.
Anne has a BFA in Dance from the University of Michigan, a BS in
Physical Therapy from Russell Sage College in NY state, and credits
toward a Masters in Education from Saginaw Valley State University
in Michigan. |

Michelle Ucar
Instructional Developer
Michelle is our graphic designer and will be working on course
development projects as well as the visuals for a number of our
clients. Michelle has years of experience coordinating the design
and production of several print publications. She joined us in January
2008.
Michelle, an avid downhill skier with two children, has opened
up her home this year to an exchange student from Thailand.
Michelle has a BFA in Graphic Design from Arizona State University. |

John Torrance
Instructional Developer, Information Technology
John brings almost 20 years of client service skills to the team,
first in food marketing and market resesarch, then in landscape
construction. John joined the company in February 2008. He brings
a much needed male voice to our voiceovers, and will be working
on a major marketing training project.
John both plays and referees hockey.
John has a BS in Agriculture from Cornell University, with a focus
on Marketing and Meat Science. |

Katie Minnick
Voiceover Artist
Katie joins Jen, John, and Megan as the "voice of authority"
in our courses. When she's not in our recording booth, Katie is
a parapro at the local high school. She helps students with disabilities
get through their school day.
Katie has a degree in Family Studies from Central Michigan University.
