the people behind all those great courses....

In our internet-connected world, most of the people we work with don't get to meet us face-to-face. Here we are!

And here's where we work.

Megan Torrance

Megan has 14 years of experience building better processes, implementing changes, and providing opportunities for employees to learn. She has been in business for herself since 1998, after spending almost 5 years at Accenture (then Andersen Consulting).

Megan has worked for clients in the professional services, healthcare, software, and food & beverage industries. She has delivered tangible improvements to many areas of the organization: practioners, managerial staoff, human resources, accounting, learning & development, sales, R&D, IT, inbound and outbound call centers, and health & safety. Megan's learning work is strongly influenced by her years of real business experience, outlined here.

Megan plays hockey in the winters, and prowls for weeds in the vegetable garden all summer.

Megan holds a BS and an MBA from Cornell University.
